OLED TECHNOLOGY
OLED panels are made from organic materials that emit light when electricity is applied through them. OLEDs have a great picture quality - brilliant colours, infinite contrast, fast response rate and wide viewing angles. An OLED display works without a backlight because it emits visible light. Thus, in low ambient light conditions (such as a dark room), an OLED screen can achieve a higher contrast ratio than an LCD screen
SPEED ALERTS TECHNOLOGY
This feature coordinates the car’s position, via GPS, with a database of speed limit information to alert drivers if they’re speeding. Receive on-screen warnings to a maximum of 500 metres of the following: Fixed Speed Cameras, Accident Blackspots*, Red Light Cameras, Railway Crossings and School Zone Speed Alerts*. Here Maps does not support School Zone & Accident Blackspot Alerts for New Zealand.
SUPER CAPACITOR
Most of the dash cameras are coming with a lithium-ion battery. The dash cameras with batteries can’t perform at a high temperature. Super capacitors, perfect air vents, and compact design increase the lifespan of dash cams in extreme weather conditions. If you live in a warm climate, a capacitor-powered dash cam will last you longer than a battery-powered one.
